A 140x200 mattress is the smallest size of a double mattress. It is an ideal mattress for box springs and beds that do not take up too much space in your bedroom.
If you like to sleep snugly in one bed with your bed partner or if you prefer to lie wide on your own, a 140x200 mattress is suitable for you.
 

To determine which 140x200 mattress is right for you, we look at your build and listen to your personal needs. When you are tall, your weight is distributed differently over the mattress than when you are shorter. This also means that your body needs different support. 
Are your hips or shoulders a bit wider? Then we can also incorporate an extra hip or shoulder zone in the 140x200 mattress so that these body zones receive extra support. 
 

If you sleep as a couple on a 140x200 bed or 140x200 box spring, there are other things to consider when buying a new 140x200 mattress than when sleeping alone. 

To determine which length is right, we look at the tallest person sleeping on the mattress. Is this person taller than 180 cm? Then the standard length of 200 cm is not long enough and you would be better off choosing a mattress that is 140 cm wide with a length of 210 cm or 220 cm.
