The luxurious Kiruna box spring has a refined design with attention to every detail and very high-quality finish. There are two headboards for the Kiruna: the slender and stylish Sami and the classic Unik. Or combine with one of the headboards of our Original box spring. To add subtle color to the Kiruna box spring and your bedroom, you can choose 1 of the ten Auping colors for the legs.
The Kiruna box spring is a richly filled box spring: the box contains a mesh base and pocket springs. The Auping mesh base is eighty percent open, which means that the box spring ventilates very well. The pocket springs in both the box spring and the mattress ensure that you can easily turn at night and have good support during your sleep.
The Kiruna box spring is available in different versions:
As a single box spring: 80, 90, 100 or 120 cm wide by 200, 210 or 220 cm long.
As a double box spring: 140, 160, 180 or 200 cm wide by 200, 210 or 220 cm long
The bottom part of the box spring is called the bo. On thop of the box is a box spring mattress. On top of that mattress there is a top mattress.
The unique Kiruna mattresses have no fewer than 7 zones so that your body is perfectly supported and you lie comfortably. The Sami mattress has a sleek finish, while the Unik mattress has an extra rich appearance due to graceful handles, a piping all around and refined side stitching.
Finish your Kiruna box spring with a Kiruna top mattress. The Kiruna toppers have a rich finish, are made of natural materials such as pure wool and horsehair and are upholstered on the side so that they fit perfectly with the box spring.

The finish of all Auping box springs is of the highest quality. We think it’s important that the box springs not only make sure that you sleep well, but that they also look beautiful and last a long time. It’s often the small details that make the difference. For example, we finish the corners of the box spring and upholstered mattresses with double stitching. Beautifully shaped buttons and loops prevent the top mattress and the mattress from sliding around.
